“We made a trip with our three poodles from the United States to La Estancia de Cafayate. We didn’t know what we were in for, but everything was possible as long as we had Candelaria and Florencia leading the way for us. They met us at Salta airport with our rental truck. When we could not fit everything in the truck, they each loaded some items in their cars and drove them to Cafayate for us. They took us shopping for a cellphone, a printer, prescription sunglasses, and office supplies all on the day we arrived. Once we got to La Estancia, they were our constant partners in getting things translated or accomplished, in talking with people, in explaining to newcomers how things work in Argentina, in guiding us against making mistakes, in buying things in Salta for us and sending them to Cafayate, even in arranging for a rental truck swap in Cafayate when there was a problem with the truck. Then, when we decided to make a trip to Chile, the hurdles we faced seemed insurmountable until Candelaria and Florencia took over and worked out all the details. They got health certificates stamped by the government, arranged a charter flight, bought pet crates that would fit our dogs and also fit in the plane, and met us at Salta airport to help get everything organized. No one should come to Salta province and not take full advantage of all that these two wonderful and very talented ladies can do!!! And on top of everything, they are loving people!”
